Trainee Self Defence Instructors X 6 Positions

Due to unprecedented growth and expansion plans Zenith Sports Management is looking to recruit staff for its Fitness and Self Defence Division (Zenith Martial Arts).

Successful candidates will undergo training in the following areas, which will culminate in a level 5-instructor certificate plus recognition by one of the worlds largest international martial arts union:

• Martial Arts and Self Defence Training (Based on Traditional Aikido and karate)
  
  
• Fundamental Physical Training and Isometric Exercising
  
  
• Teaching Fundamentals and methodology: (how to teach children and adults alike)
  
  
• Communications
  
  
• Leadership
  
  
• Personal Development
  
  
• Training Course Setting
  
  
• Class Administration and Accounts
  
  
• Facilities Management
  
  
• Health and Safety
  
  
• First Aid
  
  
• Effective Class Management
  
  
• Confrontation Management

Skills required:

Successful candidates must demonstrate the following:

• Must be over 18 years old
  
  
• Must have driving license and car (minimum P’s)
  
  
• Must have an interest in physical fitness and sport or in self defence or the martial arts (previous experience is not necessary as training is given)
  
  
• Must have a reasonable fitness level
  
  
• Be motivated and enthusiastic and have a friendly personable nature
  
  
• Any previous fitness experience would be desirable however not essential
  
  
• No criminal record as once qualified police checks may be taken
  
  
• Standard education
  
  
• Be willing to work hard and earn an above average income
