Trainee Re-Sourcing Managers X3 Positions
Due to unprecedented growth and expansion plans Zenith Sports
Management is looking to recruit Trainee staff within its Fitness and Self
Defence Division (Zenith Martial Arts).
Successful candidates will undergo training within our Management Training
Syllabus in the following areas:
- Effective Sales / Closing Techniques
- Promotion and Marketing Methodologies
- Presentation and Public Speaking techniques
- Effective Communications
- Leadership
- Personal Development
- Office Administration and Business Time Management
- Facilities Management
- Business organisation GST / Taxation
- Money Management and Invoicing
- Stock Ordering / Control and Management
- Advertising concepts
- Staff Re-Sourcing / Interviewing / Retention
- Man Management concepts and techniques
- Goal Setting and Achievement
- Health and Safety
- First Aid
(Optional)
- Martial Arts and Self Defence Training (Based on Traditional Aikido and karate)
- Fundamental Physical Training and Isometric Exercising
- Teaching Fundamentals and methodology:
Skills required:
Successful candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Must be over 18 years old
- Good Standard education
- Must be able to demonstrate he or she is motivated and enthusiastic and have a friendly personable nature.
- Must have driving license and car (minimum P’s)
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Must have an interest in the sports industry or have interest in self-defence or the martial arts (Martial arts experience is not necessary as training in this area is optional)
- Must have a reasonable fitness level
- Sales / Marketing or supervisory experience desirable but not essential as training is given.
- No criminal record as once qualified police checks may be taken.
- Be willing to work hard and earn an above average income
