Self-Defence / Martial Arts Instructors X 4 Positions

Due to unprecedented growth and expansion plans Zenith Sports Management is looking to recruit experienced staff for its Fitness and Self Defence Division (Zenith Martial Arts).

Successful candidates will undergo training in the following areas free of charge, which will culminate in a level 5-instructor certificate plus recognition by one of the worlds largest international martial arts union:

• Continued Martial Arts and Self Defence Training (Based on Traditional Aikido and karate)
  
  
• Advanced Physical Training and Isometric Exercising
  
  
• Teaching Fundamentals and methodology: (how to teach children and adults alike)
  
  
• Communications
  
  
• Leadership
  
  
• Training Course Setting
  
  
• Class Administration and Accounts
  
  
• Facilities Management
  
  
• Health and Safety
  
  
• First Aid
  
  
• Effective Class Management
  
  
• Confrontation Management
  
  
• Grading appraisal Management

Skills required:

Successful candidates must demonstrate the following:

• Must be over 18 years old
  
  
• Must have driving license and car (minimum P’s)
  
  
• Be motivated and enthusiastic and have a friendly personable nature
  
  
• No criminal record as once qualified police checks may be taken.
  
  
• Standard education
  
  
• Must have at least 1 years Sports Industry experience preferably either Karate / Aikido or Self Defence in a teaching environment (Minimum Green Belt Level)
  
  
• Must be able to have a least 5 hours spare a week to teach and train in the above
  
  
• Must be of reasonable fitness, smart, motivated, enthusiastic and honest
